David Lowrie Fish Merchants sources and supplies the very best of Scottish seafood and shellfish to restaurants and fish shops across Scotland.
Supplying the same quality and selection of produce directly to your home is something many of you were increasingly nudging us to do.
Due to the current circumstances, we felt it was more important than ever to find a way to do so. And we are really glad to announce that we are finally ready to provide you with Scotland’s freshest seafood directly to your door.
The Fishbox
We will carefully select the very best Scottish seafood from markets and producers across Scotland. This selection of fish (and shellfish when available) will be carefully prepped and packaged into a seasonal selection box.
The fish will be carefully filleted, portioned and vacuum packed (easy to freeze if you wish to do so). We’ve put together a couple examples of our fish boxes.
Example box 1:
- Salmon fillet x 2
- Smoked haddock x 2
- Hake fillet x 2
- Lemon sole fillet x 2
Example box 2:
- Mussels x 1kg
- Tuna steak x 2
- Large scallops x 4
- Mackerel fillet x 2
Please use the options below to select your chosen fish box size. One box costs £35. Two boxes cost £60. Prices include delivery.
If you know what you want and would like a specific selection of fish, that’s no problem. Leave your request in the box below. We will then give you a quick call to confirm your order.
Ordering
All orders placed from Friday to Tuesday (before 12 noon), will be dispatched and delivered on Wednesday morning.
All orders placed from Tuesday (after 12 noon) to Thursday (before 12 noon), will be dispatched and delivered on Friday.
We will deliver across Fife, Dundee and Edinburgh.
Safety
All our fish will be prepped and delivered following the highest hygiene standards and following all Covid-19 government health and safety guidelines.
